High summer, early evening. What more perfect time of day to take a stroll along a river’s edge, enjoying the reflections in the water, the lowering sun, and sweet scent of a the piney woods?

Fog lifting and sun breaking through. Low tide, reflections, birds. Peace.
Just a random shot out of the side of the house which faces west. Early evening, so the lights were on and the last of the sunset can be seen through the trees and windows. Not sure which camera I used for this – Trip 35 or Oly XA4. I don’t even remember taking it – but do know I rather like it.
Between getting used to being back to work after a two week holiday, and multiple visits to the dentist this past week, I’ve been too tired to post. So, en masse, here come some more corner pictures. Hopefully, I will get stuff out daily, even though I get to continue my visits to the dentist(s).
With the heavy rains (for us), rain is puddled in the tracks of vehicles and feet of hikers. Toward sundown, it’s another way to see the sky above in the pools of water.
So, so many things to be grateful for . . . family, friends, health, happiness, love, hope, and too many other things to be named.
